Welcome to MeetAll. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MeetAll platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or a legally registered business entity to use MeetAll.
- By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
2. Services Provided
MeetAll provides:
- A B2B networking platform for businesses and professionals.
- Smart matchmaking tools to connect with potential partners.
- Event and meeting scheduling solutions.
- Business profiles and opportunities showcase.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- MeetAll may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt or hack the Services.
5. Fees & Payments
- Some Services may require subscription fees or event-based payments.
- All fees are displayed clearly before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
- MeetAll retains ownership of all platform technology, branding, and content.
- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute MeetAll’s intellectual property without permission.
7. Privacy
- MeetAll collects and processes personal and business data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Users remain responsible for the data they share within their profiles.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
- MeetAll may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play, CRM tools).
- MeetAll is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
- MeetAll is provided on an “as is” basis.
- MeetAll does not guarantee specific business outcomes from networking activities.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetAll shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
- Users may close their accounts at any time.
- MeetAll reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
- MeetAll may update these Terms from time to time.
- Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.

MeetAll’a hoş geldiniz. Bu Hüküm ve Koşullar (“Koşullar”), MeetAll platformuna, mobil uygulamasına ve ilgili hizmetlere (birlikte “Hizmetler”) erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenler. Hizmetlerimize erişerek veya kullanarak bu Koşullara uymayı ve bağlı kalmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Uygunluk
- MeetAll’ı kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalı veya yasal olarak kayıtlı bir işletme olmalısınız.
- Kaydolurken verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz olduğunu beyan etmiş olursunuz.
2. Sunulan Hizmetler
MeetAll aşağıdaki hizmetleri sunar:
- İşletmeler ve profesyoneller için B2B networking platformu
- Potansiyel iş ortaklarıyla akıllı eşleştirme araçları
- Etkinlik ve toplantı planlama çözümleri
- İş profili ve fırsatlarının sergilenmesi
3. Kullanıcı Hesapları
- Hesap giriş bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
- MeetAll, bu Koşulları ihlal ettiği tespit edilen veya platformu kötüye kullanan hesapları askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir.
4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Kullanıcılar aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul eder:
- Platformu yasa dışı veya dolandırıcılık amaçlı kullanmak
- Yanıltıcı, sahte veya zararlı içerik yüklemek
- Başkalarına ait fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmek
- Hizmetlere müdahale etmeye veya hacklemeye teşebbüs etmek
5. Ücretler ve Ödemeler
- Bazı hizmetler abonelik ücreti veya etkinliğe özel ödeme gerektirebilir.
- Tüm ücretler satın alma öncesinde açıkça belirtilir ve aksi belirtilmedikçe iade edilmez.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
- MeetAll, platform teknolojisi, marka kimliği ve içerik üzerindeki tüm haklarını saklı tutar.
- Kullanıcılar, MeetAll’ın fikri mülkiyetini izinsiz kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya dağıtamaz.
7. Gizlilik
- MeetAll, kişisel ve ticari verileri Gizlilik Politikasına uygun şekilde işler.
- Kullanıcılar, profillerinde paylaştıkları verilerden kendileri sorumludur.
8. Üçüncü Taraf Bağlantılar ve Hizmetler
- MeetAll, üçüncü taraf platformlarla (App Store, Google Play, CRM araçları vb.) entegre olabilir.
- Bu platformların eylem, politika ve uygulamalarından MeetAll sorumlu değildir.
9. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
- MeetAll “olduğu gibi” sunulmaktadır.
- Networking faaliyetlerinden belirli bir iş sonucunun garanti edildiği anlamına gelmez.
- Yasal olarak izin verilen en geniş kapsamda, MeetAll dolaylı, tesadüfi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
10. Sonlandırma
- Kullanıcılar istedikleri zaman hesaplarını kapatabilir.
- MeetAll, Koşulların ihlali durumunda erişimi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
11. Koşullarda Değişiklik
- MeetAll, bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebilir.
- Hizmetlerin kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, yeni Koşulların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
12. Geçerli Hukuk
- Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
- Doğabilecek anlaşmazlıklar Türkiye mahkemelerinde çözümlenir.
